Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the VagaPay website and app, operated by Vaga Solutions LLC. By registering or using the Service you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You can browse and search without an account; an account is needed for price alerts, saved trips, community features and credits.

Current services include:

• Flight, hotel, tour, eSIM, car rental, bike rental and airport transfer search, with booking completed on the partner's own site
• Price alerts, saved searches and trip planning tools
• VagaPay Credits on qualifying bookings submitted through your account
• International money transfers and currency information via our partner Xe
• Community networking — profiles, groups, messages, events and marketplace listings
• Expert services marketplace and AI travel assistance
• Visa and tax compliance tracking based on information you enter

Planned services include:

• Bank wallet integration for account linking
• Crypto wallet integration for holding and sending cryptocurrency
• QR code and contactless payments

VagaPay is a travel booking and planning platform, not a bank, travel agent or tour operator. We search and compare, then hand you over to the supplier, who is responsible for the service you buy.

• Prices shown are indicative and are confirmed by the partner at checkout; availability can change between search and booking.
• All payments and transfers are processed by third-party providers, and their fees, exchange rates and terms apply.
• Your contract for any booking is with the supplier, and their cancellation, refund and change policies govern it.
• VagaPay is not liable for delays, errors, cancellations or disputes relating to third-party bookings or transactions.

• Credits are earned on qualifying bookings made through VagaPay and submitted with a valid booking reference.
• 100 credits are worth $1, and credits can be cashed out via PayPal once your balance reaches $25.
• Credits are awarded after the booking is verified, typically 7 to 14 days after travel completes, and are withdrawn if a booking is cancelled, refunded or not attributable to VagaPay.
• Credits have no cash value until redeemed, are personal to your account, and may not be sold or transferred.
• We may adjust or withhold credits where a claim is duplicated, fraudulent or otherwise abusive.

• You may not use the Service for unlawful or prohibited purposes.
• You may not post illegal, harmful, misleading or fraudulent content, including in community posts, listings and reviews.
• You may not misuse payment or credits features for laundering, scams or fraud.
• You may not scrape, resell or automate access to our search results or partner data.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

You keep ownership of the content you post, and grant us a licence to host and display it within the Service. You are responsible for what you post, and we may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

All trademarks, logos and content are owned by VagaPay or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without prior consent.

The Service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, VagaPay is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including losses relating to bookings made with third-party suppliers.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above, and continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
